Rm200 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read this document carefully before using the rm200 platform. By registering or continuing to use our services, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions set out below.
These terms apply to all rm200 platform users in Malaysia. Last updated: 2026.
1. Acceptance of Terms & Conditions
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the rm200 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the rm200 platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and rm200 (the platform operator). This platform is intended for individuals aged 18 and above only. By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement.
Rm200 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these terms at any time without prior notice. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
2. Account Registration, Security & User Responsibilities
Registration & Verification
Each user is permitted to hold only one account on the rm200 platform. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being permanently suspended or closed. You are required to provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information during the registration process.
Rm200 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time. Failure to provide the required verification documents within the specified timeframe may result in your account being suspended until the verification process is complete.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and login credentials confidential. rm200 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.
If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact the rm200 support team immediately. You are also prohibited from sharing your account or allowing any other party to use it under any circumstances.
3. Payment Information & Transactions in MYR
All transactions on the rm200 platform are conducted in MYR (RM). Users are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds are legitimate and sourced from a bank account or eWallet registered in their own name.
Deposit
- Deposits can be made via payment methods approved by rm200, including FPX, Touch 'n Go, and local bank transfers.
- Rm200 reserves the right to decline or delay any deposit suspected of involving unauthorised funds or fraudulent activity.
- The minimum deposit amount is subject to the selected payment method and may change from time to time.
Withdrawal
- Withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with rm200's internal verification procedures. Processing times vary depending on the withdrawal method selected.
- Rm200 reserves the right to conduct security checks before approving any withdrawal. This includes requesting additional identity verification documents where necessary.
- Funds will only be released to a bank account or eWallet registered in the same name as the rm200 account holder.
4. Platform Usage Rules & Liability Limits
Prohibited Use
Users are prohibited from using the rm200 platform for any activity that violates Malaysian law or these terms. Specific prohibitions include:
- Using automated software, bots, or any other system to gain an unfair advantage in gameplay
- Using another person's credit card or bank account details without authorisation
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or damage the platform's systems and infrastructure
- Spreading inciting, obscene, or illegal content through any communication channel on the platform
- Engaging in any form of money laundering or unlawful financial activity
Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or closure, freezing of account balances pending investigation, and legal action where applicable.
Rm200 Liability Limits
Rm200 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from:
- Platform technical failures or outages
- Data loss due to system failure
- Financial losses resulting from game outcomes
- Unauthorized access to user accounts by third parties
Users acknowledge that all game outcomes are final and rm200 will not review or reverse results unless a significant technical fault on the platform's part is clearly established.
5. Account Policy, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Account Suspension and Closure
Rm200 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice if the account is found to be in breach of these terms, involved in fraudulent activity, or if platform security requires it. Users whose accounts have been suspended may contact our support team for clarification and information on the appeals process.
Users may also request voluntary account closure by contacting the rm200 support team. Once an account is closed, any valid remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with the platform's standard procedures.
Intellectual Property & Platform Content
All content on the rm200 platform — including logos, trademarks, graphics, user interfaces, software code, and text — is the exclusive property of rm200 or its respective third-party licensors. Users are prohibited from reproducing, copying, distributing, or using any such content without prior written consent from rm200.
Where the platform provides links or access to third-party services, rm200 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third parties. Use of any third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.
6. Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Rm200 reserves the right to modify, amend, or replace any part of these terms at any time. Significant changes will be notified to users via platform notifications or their registered email. Continued use of the platform after the updated terms take effect will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through mutual negotiation between both parties. Should negotiation fail, the dispute will be referred to the jurisdiction of a competent court in Malaysia.
